About Us
B2G GTM Support was founded to meet GovTech teams where they're at.

We provide fractional RevOps and Enablement for B2G organizations, helping revenue teams build, refine, and scale their go-to-market motion without adding permanent headcount.
Our Approach
Our background spans both RevOps and Enablement, which means we doesn't guess whether a broken pipeline is a process problem, a tooling problem, or a training problem. We've built and fixed all three, and know how to tell them apart fast.

3
Keep it going.
Ongoing support sized in hours:

-
Advisory (up to 20 hrs/month): Ad hoc help, light coaching, and keeping a finished playbook current.
-
Fractional (up to 40 hrs/month): Steady enablement support: new-hire ramp, playbook upkeep, manager coaching, and win/loss analysis.
-
Embedded (up to 80 hrs/month): Deeper partnership for teams going through organizational change, recommended after a large transition like standing up a new team.
2
Diagnose and fix.
A Revenue Diagnostic is a short, scoped look at where your go-to-market motion is leaking.
Â
We find the root cause across process, systems, and training, fix what we can, and hand back a prioritized plan. No retainer required.
1
Build something.
Fixed-scope projects with a clear start and end:

-
Playbook Build: A full map of how your buyers purchase, with ICP materials, stage definitions, scripts, and a discovery guide, launched and in use across the team. (8-10 weeks)
-
Onboarding Ramp and Certification: A complete 4+ week onboarding program for new sellers, with the option to have us run the first cohort. (6-8 weeks)
-
Market Readiness: The core documents a team needs first: ICP guide, onboarding welcome materials, discovery guide, and AI knowledge base documentation. (2-3 weeks)
-
Initiative Operationalization: Turning a leadership decision, like AI adoption, a new methodology, or a role change, into the process, training, and tooling that make it stick. (Scoped to the initiative)
Our Offerings
Two quarters to 100+% of quota
When a GovTech brought on a brand-new sales team, the focus was building a foundation in 2025 for 2026 success. We built the onboarding program and stayed embedded well beyond it: running weekly roleplays, deal reviews, and messaging certifications, and instilling the sales methodology as the team worked through their six month ramp.
Â
The result: 96% of quota in their first fully ramped quarter, then 169% the quarter after. That's what happens when enablement means staying in the room, not handing off a deck on day one
Improved RFP response time by 33%
After assessing sales process health for a GovTech vendor, the proposals management team was found to be under-resourced, causing significant delays and missed revenue.

To address this, workflow automation within the existing CRM was built, a new process documented and deployed, reducing the RFP request response time from 7+ days to 48 hours. This alone shortened the proposal writing process by a third, allowing the team to respond to more bids and increase win rate to 50%.
Increased new seller pipeline by 3x
Facing rapid hiring growth, a civic technology company needed a faster way to onboard sellers.

We built a structured 6-week onboarding series pairing LMS courses with live training — cutting ramp-time-to-productivity by 20% and driving 3x more pipeline from new hires versus prior cohorts.
Results that matter
The results below were achieved in full-time, embedded roles at GovTech and B2G-focused companies, not as part-time engagements. They're the track record this practice is built on.
